Can you explain what's wrong with these three sentences?

"I is running to the house," African friend of mine
"I am run to the house," Asian friend of mine.
"Running to the house, I am," Yoda.

I know the sentence should be, "I am running to the house," but how can I explain it's wrong?  Like how is it grammatically, or punctually incorrect (ex: capitalize, fragment etc)
